Their sudden influence has set off alarms. As one observer quipped, “The only thing more stunning than Casey’s rise is how little she’s done to earn it.” Critics say she lacks public health experience, leadership credentials, and, crucially, a record in the health freedom movement. She's a TikTok phenom, not a trench-fighter. To them, her nomination is a Silicon Valley sideshow.
Naomi Wolf, formerly a left-wing rabble rouser and social conflict entrepreneur, depending on one’s point of view, but now a self-proclaimed veteran in the medical freedom resistance, sounded the klaxon in a 3,500-word Substack broadside. "Casey Means is a creation of Silicon Valley," she wrote, accusing the siblings of serving Big Tech interests under a wellness banner. Their platform? Data tracking. Biometric surveillance. Behavior nudging. Not bodily autonomy.
