It is interesting how President Donald Trump keeps whining about the 20 alleged Israeli hostages that are reportedly still held by Hamas in Gaza, demanding that they be released immediately, while ignoring the hundreds of unarmed Palestinians that are being murdered daily by Israeli military and armed contractors as well as by deliberate starvation. Also, the thousands of Palestinians who had nothing to do with Hamas or Gaza and are nevertheless being held without charge in Israeli prisons under horrific conditions including torture are of no interest to the US president and his team. Trump’s recent performances have also reflected an increase in his demands to harden sanctions and isolate Russia economically, something which is in no one’s interest but the odious President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine and the powerful Jewish lobby in the US and Europe.

Never satisfied with anything that he encounters where he is not kowtowed to or flattered, Trump is now having the US Secret Service investigate alleged United Nations sabotage behind three alleged personal insults experienced by him during his UN visit, including a non-functioning escalator stairway, a failure of the auditorium sound system, and a misfunction of the teleprompter (which was apparently being operated by a White House staffer). An always low-class Trump characteristically threatened the teleprompter operator personally by stopping his speech and announcing to the entire assembly “Whoever is operating this teleprompter is in big trouble.”

And Trump also goes well beyond that habitual mouthing off the first thoughts to appear in his large but dysfunctional head in that he lacks any real moral code and/or compassion apart from his cardinal rule, which appears to be “Give Israel whatever it wants!” Indeed, beyond that ongoing foreign policy disaster vis-à-vis Gaza, Trump has a viciousness that rises to the surface on a regular basis, including during his speech at the memorial service for Charlie Kirk, where he made clear that Kirk’s path of dialogue with critics was not his way, that he “hated” all his “opponents.”

And Trump’s team also makes sure that everyone understands that America is carrying the flag for the Jewish state. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, during his recent visit to Israel, said that a diplomatic solution to the Gaza war may not be possible because “Hamas is a terrorist group, a barbaric group, whose stated mission is the destruction of the Jewish State.” He thus confirmed, first of all, that he fails to understand that it is Israel that has been the terrorist state targeting all its neighbors for the past 80 years. He also confirmed the Trump administration’s full political and military support for the genocide and ethnic cleansing that Israel is engaged in while also providing money and weapons that enable the actual killing to implement “the final solution” for Palestine. Presumably the removal of Palestinians will permit the construction of the Trump Gaza Resort to begin while Jews from Brooklyn can settle an Arab-free West bank, eliminating the possibility of some kind of Palestinian state forever, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu promised while listing his accomplishments last week.

And there was more action in compliance with Israeli demands apart from the appalling Trump speech. On Friday September 19th, the United States vetoed a crucial United Nations Security Council resolution demanding a ceasefire in Gaza, even as Israel was expanding its final ground offensive on Gaza City. The resolution, had been approved by 14 of the 15 members of the council on the day before, calling for an “immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire in Gaza respected by all parties”, as well as the release of all captives held by Hamas and the end of restrictions on food, medicine and other humanitarian aid into Gaza.

Drafted by the council’s 10 elected rather than its 5 permanent members, the resolution cited the “catastrophic” humanitarian situation in Gaza after nearly two years of unrelenting war, which has killed at least 65,141 people, according to Palestinian health officials, though the “official” number is disputed and the true total of deaths undoubtedly numbers in the hundreds of thousands, with most of the bodies still buried under the rubble or incinerated or torn about by the heavy US-provided ordnance being employed by Israel.

The United States predictably vetoed the effort, the sixth time it has done so to protect the Jewish state from the war crimes it is carrying out. Morgan Ortagus, US deputy special envoy to the Middle East, who is predictably Jewish, raised her arm to vote in something like a Nazi salute and announced that “US opposition to this resolution will come as no surprise. It fails to condemn Hamas or recognize Israel’s right to defend itself, and it wrongly legitimizes the false narratives benefitting Hamas, which have sadly found currency in this council.”

Ortagus also claimed that the starvation narrative is a fabrication, that the UN-backed Integrated Food Security Phase Classification’s official declaration of famine in Gaza last month had employed “flawed methodology.” She instead chose to praise the work of the heavily militarized US and Israel backed GHF hubs, where, it has been demonstrated, hundreds of Palestinians have been deliberately targeted and killed while seeking food for their families.

How do the Jews and more particularly the Israeli Jews get away with it? Well, the Jewish billionaires who have corrupted the US political system and media have been able to control the narrative almost completely, though that advantage is beginning to fade as more ordinary Americans have come realize how completely awful the Gaza genocide is. Opinion polls reveal that disapproval of Israel is running at 60% among the American public. There is also a growing sense among the public that Israel and its Lobby in the United States have been manipulating and using the US ever since the founding of the Jewish state. Under Genocide Joe Biden and the feckless Donald Trump that manipulation has been wide out in the open and Israel is now in a position where it is even able to compel America to go to war on its behalf, admittedly a feat that it accomplished initially by way of a Jewish controlled Pentagon under George W Bush when Iraq was destroyed, killing as least half a million Iraqis based on lies generated to demonstrate how Baghdad was a threat potentially armed with “weapons of mass destruction.” Many observers now believe that Iran will be attacked by Israel before the end of the year and Donald Trump will jump right in under pressure from Netanyahu, another extreme case of the “tail wagging the dog!”

To be sure, the Israel Lobby is aware that public opinion is running heavily against the Jewish state and they have now stepped-up efforts to obtain even greater control over the message that is coming out from the media. Their latest success has related to TikTok which has been under attack by groups like the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) and its hideous leader Jonathan Greenblatt during the past year for its allowing stories to appear critical of Israeli behavior.

Falling in line with Jewish demands, the White House has announced that the forced sale of TikTok will soon be finalized. To no one’s surprise, the new ownership is led by ultra-Zionist Jewish billionaire Larry Ellison – the largest individual donor to the Israel Defense Force – who will reportedly take full control of the US user data and the site algorithms which the White House says will be “retrained”. That means it will only include material that is positive on Israel.

Ellison, who made his fortune developing Oracle – a database system he originally built for the CIA – already controls CBS, Paramount, MTV, Comedy Central, Showtime, Nickelodeon (which makes kids shows) as well as Channel 10 in Australia and Channel 5 in the UK. Ellison is also expected to finalize control over Warner Bros. Discovery (including CNN, HBO and the Discovery channel) before the end of 2025.

Even before the forced sale is finalized, censorship of TikTok content critical of Israel has already begun. Fox – a Rupert Murdoch pro-Israel asset – is also seeking to join the Ellison consortium, a move that could further extend and solidify the Israeli-aligned information bubble.

The United States still has over three years of the Trump adventure left so more surprises are likely in store. Beyond the national and international news and entertainment media, Israeli-aligned Jewish billionaires already either own or control OpenAI, Google, Meta/Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp, Palantir, CBS, HBO, and most of Conde Nast (Reddit, Vogue, The New Yorker, Wired, GQ, Vanity Fair) as well as numerous Hollywood studios, regional papers and radio stations. The expansion into all these areas has been deliberate with the intention of using the control to support Israel and also keep the United States in the tight grip of the Jewish state and its domestic US lobby.

At this point my fellow Americans it is time to begin to fight back or surrender to the forces that will strip us of our free speech just for starters and which will create a United States which is controlled by a tiny little murderous fascist state in the Middle East that is willing to bribe and threaten its way to power and which does not in any way share the values upon which our nation was founded. The Zionist lobby uses the IHRA definition of anti-Semitism to silence critics of Zionism. A common retort is that Zionism and Judaism are distinct things. This is true now, was even truer in the past, but may very well not be true in the future. If in the future every adherent of the Jewish religion happens to be a Zionist, it is clear that every good person must oppose Judaism in the future —just as every good person must oppose Zionism. As things stand, however, it seems to me that this insistence on the separation between Zionism and Judaism hinders rather than helps, since the people who has no formed opinion will look around and realize that practically every adherent of the Jewish religion is a Zionist. The distinction will then seem casuistry; and the situation of the anti-Zionist Jew will seem somewhat confusing, since he is usually an atheist Jew.

An Evident Distinction in the Past

Before the Zionist movement, rabbinical leaders considered heretical the idea of Jews returning to the Holy Land before the coming of the Messiah. Zionism preaches precisely this, and there is more: the movement was created by an atheist (in the late 19th century), and the State of Israel was created by another atheist (in the mid-20th century). Therefore, nothing was more evident than the distinction between Judaism and Zionism.

But the simple fact that atheist Jews exist shows that Judaism is very different from other Abrahamic religions, as there are no atheist Christians nor atheist Muslims. The point is that Judaism is transmitted through matrilineal lines and, since the end of Hellenism, has not proselytized (although there have been significant conversions, such as those in Yemen and Khazaria). A Jew is the son of a Jewess, and a Jewess is the daughter of another Jewess, and so on, until it is out of sight. Thus, if a person is the son of a Jewish mother, they remain Jewish, even if they don’t believe in God. The only way to stop being Jewish is to convert to another religion – something impossible for someone who has no faith.

Therefore, even for atheists, religion is instrumental in defining Jewish identity. Another function of religion is more basic: atheism tend to limit itself to the intellectual middle class, and Zionists needed people to create the Jewish homeland.

Casuistic Distinction Today

Thus, Zionist leaders sought to manage religious leaders to transform a heresy into orthodoxy… and they succeeded. The fact is that Zionism became orthodoxy for the Jewish religion. The existence of the Neturei Karta does not serve to deny the reality that, nowadays, it is normal for a follower of the Jewish religion to be a follower of Zionism. Except for those interested in academic discussions, or for Iranian Jews, the question of whether Zionism is distinct from Judaism is a casuist one. Virtually every adherent of the Jewish religion is a Zionist, except in Iran.

Jewish People vs. Yiddish People

The most astute critic of Jewish identity, in my opinion, is Shlomo Sand, an anti-Zionist and atheist Israeli. In How I Stopped Being a Jew, he describes a Yiddish nostalgia as the source of a lost Jewish identity. In one passage, he recounts how his father, in France, once bet that a certain man on the street was a Jew. To test this, they began talking loudly in Yiddish, hoping the man would join in—which, indeed, he did. Then Shlomo Sand’s father, a Holocaust survivor, explained that his fleeting glance was a Jewish glance, and that was how he had recognized him. However, if Sand’s father had performed this test on young Israelis, he would have been unable to identify them as Jews: they hadn’t lived in ghettos, hadn’t suffered persecution, and couldn’t speak Yiddish.

Yiddish-speaking Jews, remnants of ancient Khazaria, lived apart from Christian communities and sometimes didn’t even speak their neighbors’ language. In the ethnic patchwork of Eastern Europe, Yiddish could have been just one ethnolinguistic identity among others. As Eastern Jews were also revolting against rabbinical authorities and witnessing a growing politicization (with the adoption of socialism, communism, and anarchism), this identity could have been on the verge of becoming detached from the Jewish religion. Given this scenario, we can understand why Brother Daniel—a Polish Yiddish fighter who was hidden in a monastery and eventually became a monk himself—expected to be recognized as a Jew by Israel so he could live in a monastery in the Holy Land. This expectation was dashed, because Israel’s criteria are religious.

The Yiddish language, which anchored this identity, is very restricted now: many speakers were exterminated by Hitler, the descendants of the survivors began to speak only the language of their new homelands, and—importantly—it was Israeli policy to persecute Yiddish. Still, a certain national sentiment remains among the handful of atheist anti-Zionist Jews. It makes more sense to assume this is a nostalgia for Yiddish than to cling to Jewish identity.

Does anti-Zionist Jewish identity have a future?

Today, a minority of Jews, religious or not, are anti-Zionist. Anti-Zionism is reportedly growing among atheist Jewish youth in the United States. Is the growth of anti-Zionist Judaism likely, then? I don’t think so, because it’s difficult for atheists to pass on Jewish identity. Nowadays, many more Jews are marrying outside the community. Let’s remember that Jewish men don’t pass their religion on to their children. Therefore, if a Jew is religious, he will at least arrange for his son’s conversion. But if the Jew is an atheist, there’s no point in seeking his son’s conversion. In the next generation, the anti-Zionist Rosenbaums and Goldsteins won’t be Jewish, but the Zionist Rosenbaums and Goldsteins will be Jewish. On the other hand, Mr. Smith, the son of an anti-Zionist Jewess, will have no interest in spreading the word that he’s Jewish.

Meanwhile, Israel converts people to Judaism because it needs to populate Eretz Israel. With Zionism, individual conversions are no longer a rarity. An illustrative story of this flexibility is that of the Peruvian Indians who converted to Judaism on their own and, helped by the extremely radical Rabbi Schneerson, were recognized by Israel as Jews in the 1980s, in order to live in the illegal settlements of the West Bank, where they remain to this day. Today, a Jew in Israel could be a Boer from South Africa, a Peruvian Indian who speaks the language of the Incas, a German woman raised as a Catholic (like the mother of Shani Louk, who was killed at the rave), or even a Chinese woman (like the mother of the hostage Noa Argamani). While it’s clear that the Jewish women at the rave were not Orthodox and likely converted because of their husbands, I emphasize that the Chabad website encourages conversions and tells, for example, the story of the Chinese woman whose Jewish soul returned to the faith and found an Orthodox husband.

Zionists have managed to conflate Judaism with Zionism, and the few anti-Zionist Jews lack the capacity to carry Jewish identity into the future. But why would it be desirable for atheists to carry forward an identity rooted in religion? It makes more sense to adopt Shlomo Sand’s stance, which differentiates the Yiddish people from Jewish identity. In this way, the memory of the Holocaust is taken away from the hands of converted Chinese and Boers, Arab Jews and even Yiddish people who were in the Middle East or the USA during the Nazi era.

The plan is clear

Four weeks after the signing of the Abraham Accords—signed on September 15, 2020, with U.S. mediation and involving the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain—Israeli urban planning authorities have authorized the construction of 4,948 new homes in the occupied territories of the West Bank. No significant public statements, no troop movements: just bureaucratic approvals marking a further step in the expansion of Israel’s presence. This advance, shrouded in the rhetoric of ‘peace’, took place in silence, reflecting a well-established approach: proceed with normalization when the region is compliant and intensify colonization when international attention wanes.

This logic is rooted in the expansionist model of Zionism: where possible, military force is used; where this is not convenient or feasible, soft penetration is used in the form of security agreements, economic cooperation, and intelligence alliances. This dual strategy—based on physical conquest and hegemonic consolidation—has been in place since 1967 and today extends unchecked from the Jordan River to the Atlantic Ocean.

Let us be clear: the Zionist project, in all its aspects, will not stop. The Arab world represents an obstacle to the construction of Greater Israel and the manifestation of Zionist hegemony.

The “Greater Israel” project manifests itself on two levels: on the one hand, the annexation of Palestinian territories, and on the other, geopolitical control of the region through indirect means. And, if we want to extend our projections, we must consider that Greater Israel is the starting point, not the end point.

This is a vision rooted in Zionist ideology, which envisages Jewish domination over the entire “Biblical Land of Israel.” When direct occupation is not sustainable, Tel Aviv prefers maneuvers of influence and destabilization that undermine the sovereignty of neighboring Arab states. The two dimensions—territorial and imperial—are interdependent.

This strategy has deep roots. Ze’ev Jabotinsky, the father of revisionist Zionism, wanted control over all of Mandatory Palestine and beyond, arguing that colonization should take place even against the will of the local populations. David Ben-Gurion, while publicly accepting the partition in 1937, saw that compromise only as an initial phase towards subsequent expansion, confirming the intention to extend the borders to the whole of Palestine once the Israeli military apparatus had been strengthened, as indeed happened. At first, Israel’s military power was insufficient for large-scale operations, so the “periphery doctrine” was developed, through which Israel cultivated alliances with non-Arab states and marginalized minorities (the Shah’s Iran, Turkey, Iraqi Kurds, Sudanese Christians), indirectly weakening its Arab rivals. This strategy, now adapted, is also visible in recent relations with the Druze communities in southern Syria.

Normalization means influence

Israeli penetration into the Arab world has reached an unprecedented level. The Abraham Accords have opened the door to large-scale economic, military, and technological cooperation. The historic treaties with Egypt and Jordan were only the beginning, with the United Arab Emirates subsequently becoming a prominent trading partner. The same is true in the Maghreb: Morocco, for example, has purchased weapons and signed industrial agreements in the drone sector, becoming a production hub for Israeli UAV systems. All this has created a geopolitical corridor linking Israel to the Gulf and North Africa, expanding its access to strategic routes, intelligence spaces, and crucial markets.

As economic relations intensify, colonization continues. Raze everything to the ground, indiscriminately; drive out the Palestinians, no questions asked; conquer the lands they consider “divine right.” Infrastructure is designed to isolate Palestinian communities in unconnected enclaves, making the formation of an autonomous state impossible.

Israel has also consolidated its presence in Syria (in the Quneitra region, near Damascus and Deraa), taking advantage of the chaos following the fall of Assad and the seizure of power by the jihadist group HTS led by Ahmad al-Sharaa (formerly known as al-Julani). In Lebanon, it maintains control of key areas such as the Shebaa Farms and the Kfar Shuba hills, as well as military positions along the Blue Line.

Expansion is masked by integration. Today, the Israeli occupation is no longer manifested solely through weapons, but is supported and fueled by diplomatic agreements and trade flows. “Normalization” has not stopped the occupation: it has made it more effective. Each new agreement with Arab countries increases Israel’s ability to extend colonization and strengthen military control. Plans are already underway to double the number of settlers in the Golan Heights and increase the military presence along sensitive areas. The consequences are being felt: Egypt is building a wall on the border with Gaza to manage possible flows of displaced persons; Jordan sees its water resources threatened; Syria and Lebanon are under increasing pressure to normalize relations with Israel.

The Greater Israel project is advancing: on the one hand, it is swallowing up territories; on the other, it is influencing the sovereign choices of Arab states. Together, they represent two sides of the same strategy: annexation and subordination.

And all this, let’s be clear, will not stop at Palestine.

Zionism is viscerally anti-Christian and anti-Islamic. Anything that does not adhere to Zionist Judaism must be eliminated.

From an Islamic perspective, criticism of Zionism is based on several levels. First of all, Zionism, in its state form, has led to the confiscation and occupation of Muslim holy sites—primarily Al-Aqsa in Jerusalem—with a progressive erosion of access to and management of sacred places. This is not only a political violation, but also a spiritual one, as Islamic sovereignty over Jerusalem is considered a religious duty, rooted in the Quran and prophetic tradition. The Zionist rejection of Arab sovereignty – expressed in the marginalization of Islamic religious institutions in the occupied territories – is a denial of the Umma, the unity of the community of believers, and of its legitimacy to safeguard the places of Islam.

Similarly, Christianity, especially in its Eastern expressions, has also suffered from an exclusionary Zionist approach. The Zionist theological imagination, which demands a Jewish “territorial redemption” of Palestine, excludes the historical and cultural presence of indigenous Christian communities, reducing them to tolerated or suspect minorities. Talmudic hatred of Christians is well known. For many Palestinian and Middle Eastern Christians, Zionism represents a form of nationalist secularization that empties the Holy Land of its universal value, transforming it into an exclusive ethnic-religious property.

In its quest to create an exclusive Jewish state, Zionism has promoted dynamics of exclusion and delegitimization of the other Abrahamic religions historically present in Palestine. This makes it ideologically antithetical to any pluralistic and shared vision of the holy places and communities that have coexisted there for centuries.

We should not be surprised if we soon see conflicts arise between the powers of the Arab world or, by extension, in other Islamic countries, such as in Asia, precisely because of their geopolitical and geoeconomic relations with the Zionist entity.

Because, ultimately, this is the plan: in Greater Israel, there can only be Israeli Zionism. Christianity and Islam must first be exploited, then banned. At any cost.

And of course, these kinds of disasters have happened before in Jewish history. And it's reaching the point that we could almost imagine the scenario that Doris Lessing, the great British-Rhodesian author, wrote about 30 or 40 years ago in her novel Shikasta. In it, the Global South has become the dominant force in the world. It's led by China. And they decide to starve Europeans to death. They commit genocide against Europeans. And the reason they do that is because of the horrors that Europeans inflicted on them in previous generations. We're not going to forget this genocide. The Global South is not going to forget this genocide. And however it plays out, for generations after this, there is going to be a strong desire for justice in some quarters and for revenge in others. And so Netanyahu and his maniacal extremist coalition partners are not only leading themselves and their region into disaster, but they're leading the whole West into disaster as well. And once the United States no longer has the upper hand in the world, which will be in the not so distant future, I think that Americans are going to regret the fact that they allowed their country to be taken over by genocidal maniacs. Trump is owned by these blackmailing Zionist genocide perpetrators. And that's why they have been able to march him into this genocide. I think Biden probably was too, to some extent. But I think Trump is the leader who was selected by the extremist wing of the Zionist movement to basically greenlight everything. But there is starting to be some pushback in the Congress. The American people are fed up and are becoming revolted by this genocide.
